I've been going to Just Bead it for years. I've learned so much from taking the classes but still when I need help they are knowledgeable and patient. They have a wonderful selection of all kinds of beads and are always adding new items. It's a great store!

The selection is great and the prices are good. I've taken a few classes as well. Excellent teacher. My friend told me about it and she was right-it's a great source.

Ive been in Just Bead It a few times and every time I have found the service to be extremely poor. The saleswomen are unhelpful, snotty, and aggressive. Everytime I go in, i am pressured to buy something other than what I am looking for and treated with an unpleasant attitude. The bead collection is average- no better than Michael's or A C Moore- but expensive. I wont be going back to Just Bead It.

I was in Just Bead It looking for necklace/earring sets for my 9 bridesmaids. They were not very helpful at all and completely ignored me after I told them my budget. I was ready to spend over $200. There was only one other customer in the store. The beads are pretty but the service leaves a lot to be desired.
