Unbelievably Bad service! Told my Friend that we are in America to speak English! As she was trying to find out what was wrong with her Nissan a car that she bought there. They embarrassed & Humiliated her for simply ask the guy to speak Slower so that she could understand what he was saying!

No one should ever buy a buy a car from this dealer for berating & humiliating women!!

Sansone sales Service Dept employees are liars and cheaters and rip off. Forced me to buy sport packege on Xterra. For service of my altima also bought from them on phone they told me synthetic oil change in 69.95 upon arriving in service bay when I showed discount coupon they said synthetic oil change is 89.95. I went to manager Chris and he said he thinks it is 69.95 and was offended when I told his service lady Jodi says it is 89.95. Her colleague Rohit also sided with Jodi saying oh it is 89.95 but looks like computer database is not updated. Beware of their service. Liars. Then they threatened me OK we will do synthetic oil change for 69.95 but don't come to is if car starts showing all kinds of check lights.
All Jodi, Rohit and Chris from Sansone Nissan Service are cheaters and liars. Throw their coupons in garbage. Never buy car from Sansone. Long time customer who bought 2 cars from them I feel cheated.

it was a warm Friday in July 2015 around 6pm, I had been emailing with the online chat.
I was searching for a new 2014 maxima [ if you know the maxima line] they had two. when I arrived I parked in the rear of the showroom lot, walked on the lot to the front facing route 1. I saw one of the vehicles and after entering the showroom the other one was in the showroom toward the rear. I did a loop around the car and walked out, took another look at the one outside and re-entered the showroom did a loop around the car, this time sat in the car and took my time and as I could see about 6-7 workers [staff, sales, managers] I decided since they saw me and did not greet me I was out of there! so on the way out the front doors facing rt 1 looked over the right at the managers grad stand and said 6 of you and no one says hi! I heard so noise and kept going! I went around to the rear lot and drove off! I went with a Lexus!

My mother was looking for a dependable vehicle, and was more than thrilled to be able to get a new Nissan. Ray was friendly, courteous, not pushy, and made it easy to lease a car! We will be checking out a new family vehicle with him in the near future!

We went out shopping for two Nissan Rogue, for me and my sister last weekend. After a long day in different dealerships we decided to make our last stop at Sansone Nissan. Efficiency accompanied by courtesy is a rare combination in today's work world. The courtesy extended to me by your salesperson Ama was impressive because of its rarity. She seem to love her work and carried out her duties both competently and enthusiastically I was so impressed that I purchased both cars from Sansone Nissan
