I brought my Rolex in which had a scratched crystal and many nicks and scratches to the case and bracelet. I asked to have the crystal replaced and the watched buffed. I was surprised when they called me 3 days later to tell me it was ready for pick up. I could not believe this was the same watch. It looked like it was brand new out of the box. No one can believe this is a 20 year old watch. The staff is very friendly and helpful and their prices are very reasonable compared to other repair shops.
