Disgusting customer service, SYED needs to get fired, sits all day acts rude. sean and sophia is the best. i will only go here when sophia or sean is there. syed put his finger in his nose and made my drink, manager is not doin his job properly. The health department will also get complaint. MANY PEOPLE ARE SWITCHING LOCATION TO OTHER DUNKIN. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES.

Baskin Robbins. Yasmin has terrible customer service. I ordered a milkshake. It came out entirely too liquidy. No biggie. However when i spend my money i reserve the right to get what i expect. When i asked for it to be thicker. She spouted something about it being thick enough. Then when i didnt acquiesce. She yanked the cup back from me, slammed all the appliances around and delivered me another shake slightly less milky. I hate to be a nuisance, so i left. At the same time, i hate to be treated like a solicitor when i am patronizing an establishment. Overall, i love Baskin Robbins. Terrible first experience with this store. Customer service should be taken seriously. Training may be necessary.
