I love this place. Cheapest in the village, the bartenders let you watch any game you want, the people are cool (NOT the usual NYU crowd), and the drinks are strooong.

Their brunch is one of the best in the city - pretty decent food (esp considering that it's a cheap sports bar) and unlimited champagne, with gorgeous outdoor seating in the center of West Village, all for about $15. You cannot beat that. I've been here 10+ times for brunch and it's *always* been a great time. Their wait staff is fun and attentive.
Also great for happy hour. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Only for their Calamari & yummy frozen Margaritas. The black raspberry to be precise. Nice atmosphere too.

Riviera is absolutely the most fun place I've ever been to. The service is phenomenal. The brunch offering is the best in the city. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Thanks for everything. This place is the best xoxo

There's nothing better than a great personality. Our waiter was very accommodating and fun. We found this restaurant very pleasurable. It literally makes the food taste better. The best ingredient to a meal is happiness.... ok, some ingredients were fresh and delicious and some were mildly understimulating. Their red potatoes were on point. Considering the price point and that fact I didn't have to make my own omelet in the morning, I'd return again and again.
