Absolute worse service department I've had to deal with. To your face, they are fine for the most part. The actual work, failure. Our SUV had a banging noise, sounded like somewhere in the front end suspension. Asked them to look into it, charged all kinds of money, said the noise was gone. Next day, noise is still there. Had the oil changed, figure it's a dealership, how can they screw that up? A dealership typically does a multi point inspection of the vehicle during an oil change. Car was using up oil like crazy afterwards. A couple of weeks later, take it back to them, they say the air filter was never changed and that caused oil to get sucked up, leading to a major costly repair. They didn't want to help cover any of the repair costs and simply stated sometimes the guys miss a few things. Then the piston holding up the hood stopped working. Wouldn't hold up the hood no more. Had them replace it. Not 1 month after that, busted again. We had a tire go flat. I put the spare on and cranked up the cable holding the spare. The tire place my wife used said they couldn't get the cable back down to put the spare back up. Took it to the dealership a couple of days later to look at while one of the other repairs was happening. They wanted to charge me over $300 to change out the whole cranking system and gave me some BS excuse why they couldn't do it otherwise. I told them not to do it. Looked at it myself. Took me 5 seconds to get it back down, no tools needed. When making an appointment with them for one of the repairs, I stated I would drop of the car the night before. Left the key in drop off slot. Figure I would hear something back from them. Called a couple of days later for status on the car. They hadn't even looked at it. Had no idea why it was there. Nothing in the system about the car coming in. They had my info from previous visits but never called to check why the car was there in the first place. Just let it sit in the lot. DONE WITH THEM.

This might be the worst dealership i ever visited, everything started with a phone call to Ryan when sound very proffesional, when i actually went to the dealer i found these people are just a bunch of assholes waiting to rip you off, i went to buy a tahoe and they wanted me to buy a pick up truck just becasue they felt it was the best for me, after 3 days waiting for super "tony" (rep sales) to called me i called and he told me he would fight to give me the numbers we discussed, i went there again for another hour and the idiot come and said to me " i have a great news and bad news" we got you approved but you need to bring more money" what they dont know is that i work in finance and i know how to add and substract, they wanted ne to sign for almos 10k more of the MSRP which of course i didnt so it, i went to bridwater dealer got same truck for 5k less, not only this but i had a trade in valued in 22k and they wanted it for 5k less just because they wanted to BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE they are a bunch of idiots including the sales manager that rathers to loose a sale for waiting and funding someone they can rip off. I am surprised this dealer still in business, anyway i dont recomend this dealer to anyone and if you choose to go to please dont negotiate with TONY believe me he wont do nothing for you. Visit bridgewater in rt 22 better people and work for you. And just for the record the 5 stars below are the same employees that have to create accounts or tell freinds to give positive reviews to this dealershit and if you dont beleive what i say please visit consumer affairs top 13 complains about this dealer and you will see for yourself.

I went there August 31 to get information and look at the cruze, and bought a used one the night for a decent price, which would be the only good thing about this place. A few weeks go by and I'm waiting for the plates and regestion and I have not received them. I call to find out and get several diffent answers on what the delay would be. Mind you the temporary plates expire the next day, and was told by one of the reps that I can still dive the car with no problems. With expired plates I don't think so. I also had a problem with service. I had the check engine light come on two and half weeks after I bought the car so I tried to schedule an appointment on one of my days off. Ask to see what what was available and got one for 930. I call back no less then 15 min later to see if there was anything else because I would be able to make it due to the bridge closure. The rep who I was speaking with was rude and said the only thing available was next week and on a day I work. Went the next day had the car looked at. Spent the whole day there. It's now Oct 6. 2015 and I still don't have plates and regestion only temporary ones. Also the salesman that I had quit. Richard lucus dealership is very unprofessional. Do not waste your time or money there.

I made a mistake, but I give them 5 stars, because they're honest, understanding, very helpful and up front guys. We're on our 2nd lease and the 2015 Chevy Malibu is a great all around car and it's fun to drive. Just stop by Lucas Chevrolet and you'll be amazed on the quality of their vehicles. Thank You Rocky.......

I have to say that the commitment to customer satisfaction by the team at Richard Lucas Chevrolet is unparalleled to that of any other dealership I've ever dealt with. My purchase started with Artie and Ryan through email contact. Other dealerships offer false promotions through email and once you show up at the dealership, you never hear from or see the person you were originally dealing with. Artie introduced himself when I arrived and walked me through the process by introducing me to Damien, who was my salesman. Both Artie and Damien were extremely patient with me as I had specific requirements that must not have been easy to deal with. They were able to accommodate me with everything I was looking for within my price range. I then met the the finance manager, Mike, who explained all of the different options without trying to make my head spin. He did not try to sell me any bogus protection packages and gave me his honest opinion on what options made sense in certain circumstances.
I am an picky consumer who expected to run through 5 - 10 dealership over a few months before finding what I was looking for at Richard Lucas Chevrolet. The team I had the pleasure of dealing with from beginning to end was understanding, polite, and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to check out Richard Lucas Chevrolet for their next car purchase.
