The worst customer experience in my life. I was sold a pair of shoes which fell apart the same day I started wearing them. When purchasing the shoes, I was told I would be able to return the shoes if I had any porblems, but apparently that was only valid until I left the store. Ankelly, the manager of the store, was incompetent, rude, and unable to provide any support and directed my to her boss who does not even bother to respond to my emails. Unprofessional and disrespectful attitude!
I am giving one star, because I have no way of giving zero.
