Horrible customer service and no return policy... Wife bought clothes there and they said that she had 14 days to return, however when she went to return they said their policy is exchange credit only.... Now we are stuck with a lot of credit at a store that she never shops at.... Note: it does disclose at the bottom of the receipt in small writing about their policy, but who reads the disclaimer at the bottom of the receipt.......

Let me start by saying that I love Reiss clothing, and there is literally no competition when it comes to comfortable, wearable, quality clothes. Reiss clothes make up close to 60% of my wardrobe (so much so that my girlfriend thinks everything I own looks exactly the same) With that being said, the following review has nothing to do with Reiss as a brand, but Reiss soho. : I walked in to take a look at some accessories and possibly a couple suits, the employees there literally ignored me and practically left me to navigate their inventory. Once I was done shopping the one cashier noticed a line, and casually chatted away, while the other one(who wasn't ringing) gave me a side eye. To cap it all off, when it was finally my turn to pay for my items, one of the cashiers called up a man behind me in line to pay for his items, simply because he was in a hurry. Needless to say, I left without the items, and didn't inquire about help finding my blazer. I will never visit Reiss soho again, and if you expect good customer service, neither should you.

Classy dresses with a European flair. I have a simple tank top from here that they manage to make seem extra dressy, even though it's just simple and cotton. The dresses here though are where they really shine.

The clothing is not overpriced for the quality. Styles are always fashionable and in season. Sales associates are friendly, helpful, and willing to bring more colors or sizes should you require them. Plus, the store is very well organized making finding your newest piece easy. Can I spend $200 on a dress every day? No, but when I need something nice and fast, I always go to Reiss.
