The salesman Doug was extremely helpful in getting us what we anted at a good price that we could afford.
The crew got here exactly when they said they would and were meticulous.
When they left at the end of the day the job site was so clean it was as if they never came.

The Salesman I've been dealing with Ever so briefly seems like VERY nice guy and he very well may be. Let me leave it at this. I know some people who's computer knowledge is beyond savant level. I asked them to check out all these 5 star reviews. All reviews leave a map and fingerprint of where,when, who left it. It's not the when or who that was bothersome. It was the where. Most of them where tracked back to the same IPRD. Which basically means that most of them came from the same "office". So unless all the customers use RBA router, the reviews are being published by staff of RBA. SMH?

Very happy with windows so far. Forgot how quiet the house can be, passing traffic can barely be heard, I slept through the garbage truck for the first time in years. Can't wait to see my energy bill.

Shane and his crew (Brian, Shawn and Matt) did a great job. Everything was explained, and any question was promptly answered.

Lou was a very good salesman. He took his time and made sure we understood everything without pressure.

I had 10 windows installed today 7/14/2012.the work crew of mog-5 slovek,dimo&ernest were of the most professionial installers. all the men well exceeded my expatation of the window instalation. all men are very professional in their feild. i would recommened this company to all freinds. a job well done.

Fabulous experience dealing with this company. Lori in the scheduling department was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Ed came out and fixed cladding on window that had been damaged by an independent gutter company. He arrived when he said he would, did a great job, and even made suggestions that I remove window screens before house gets painted next month. Excellent customer service.
