I called for an inspection because I saw some bugs that ended up being flying ants. The associate was known to me from a prior annual inspection, and he made every effort to provide me the information I needed to arrange a pest treatment plan to put my mind at ease. Associate Kennedy DeDe was very helpful and makes me want to recommend Terminix even more than I felt before. Thank you.

When I set an appointment for pest control service, the technician always shows up within the time slot I selected. My technician Lateef Bradley has been great since day one. Also shows up on time, extremely professional and always takes his time to explain all the products he's about to use.
