Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Had an awesome meal here! Quickly seated and service was fast!

Great customer service. Food has come out cool the two times I have been there.

we waited 10 minutes for drinks, another 20 for appetizers, and an hour for burgers. Honestly, the food wasn't even good, the only actually decent part of the restaurant was our waitress. They didn't even have enough plates. Don't waste your time here McDonald's is better and not a million dollars.

The food was good,not great,but good.The service however was terrible.I think they forgot about us.We waited 45-50 minutes for a couple of burgers & fries.It wasn't even that crowded.It was our first & LAST visit.

We waited 40 minutes for the main course dishes after the appetizer. We ordered four burgers, three of them were burned. The burgers weren't edible either as we had to remove several pieces of the burned burger. The taste was bland. We order their dessert donuts and not only did they look bad they taste bad too. It was disappointing because we went to other Red Robin's numerous times and they never had such bad dishes. The quantity of the food was better than the quality. The only good thing was that they gave us a couple of extra sauces for the donuts. Those donuts which were ordered to go, were thrown away because the taste was terrible. Even waiting for the manager took about 15 minutes. I wouldn't recommend and will not return.
