The customer service was good. The furniture are no good. I bought a living room set from the store on route 17 in NJ, it cost me $2300.00 I am still paying for it while the garbage truck left with it months ago. It lasted for abt 7 months when the sofa started to go flat and the tables all scratched. From now on I will go to BOB'S FURNITURE STORE. I got cheap stuff from the pit on route 46, and it's still firm and nice. Raymour and Flanagan is a scam.

The experience wasn't bad but the quality of the furniture is really substandard. 2 years after our purchases, every piece has fallen apart including a chair that caused my wife a small injury when a chair collapsed. I would not recommends I anyone nor purchase again from this company.

The customer service at this location is the worst from the top down do yourself a favor and shop some where else

I dealt with the salesman Gary Danziger at this location and he went back on his word. We negotiated a deal but when I went back to purchase and pick-up the bed, Gary told me he couldn't give me the bed at the negotiated price. The old bait and switch. Thanks for wasting my time and energy Gary. I recommend that you avoid this character and seek another sale person.
