We ordered a custom piece. Was told by JOEL that it will be here within 6-8 weeks. 8 weeks come and no communication or warning that it would be another month. 3 months turned into 4 months. The reason why we ordered it was that we would have enough time to remedy problems before I had family stay over for 2 weeks. The couch came ONE DAY before they arrived. And it was set up wrong (it was a sectional and they flip flopped a non reclining piece with a reclining piece. it wouldn't have mattered but the problem was you could not recline the same time because it would collide with the other reclining piece). I tried to get them to contact the delivery guys again and I was told "I can't get a hold of them." This was all within 10 minutes of them leaving my house.
We would have cancelled the order after the third month of waiting but we loved the couch so much that we wanted it. But that doesn't mean how they conducted their sale was acceptable. No compensation, no $100 dollars off, no free pillows. Guess what, just admit that you lied and apologize and we would be on our merry way.

I bought a new bedroom set, coffee table, and end tables here. We have had the furniture for a few days now and I am very happy with our choices.
However, the movers who delivered the furniture was very unprofessional. I have to go out and buy paint now because they dinged up my walls in several places. There are scratches and nicks in the hallway and in my bedroom that need to be touched up. Additionally, I found some nicks in the furniture after the movers left. They are small enough that I probably wouldn't have raised a fuss that would have required them to take the furniture out again and bring me a new set in a few days, but it's enough to annoy me every time I see them. The movers had difficulty taking the headboard upstairs. I asked if they could take the headboard apart into smaller pieces and reassemble them in the bedroom. They said they could not. After several tries to get up the stairs (and several scratches to the paint), they ended up removing the legs and reassembling it in the bedroom. Why was it then that 10 minutes prior they said they couldn't disassemble it? It would have saved them a lot of work and saved me from having to repaint my walls.

We went in knowing what type of mattress we were looking for. The sales lady showed up one that was on sale waited until we were giving her all of our information before she realized she quoted us the wrong price and that the mattress was actually $100 more. They had an attitude when I said that I was I sales and I always double checked when quoting a price to a customer and that if it was my mistake I took care of the problem. That was met with a nasty reply of we dont go into your business and tell you how to run things you dont come in here and tell us how to run things. Nice considering your sales girl is more worried about getting fired over her mistake than fixing it. Dont go to this store unless you want to be lied to and cheated because they dont care about customers at all, they just care about doing the minimum amount of work it takes to do their jobs and keep them.

Sales associate named Carolina wabia was excellent. She knew the merchandise and had alot of knowledge . She was very friendly and professional. She took the time to explain and show different items. She listened to what we were looking for and helped us find exactly that. Would recommend her to friends and family.
