Very un-happy with my experience. They lied about total costs. I got there at 7:40am just after they open to have a quick oil change. Only the service writer was there, no techs, so I had to wait. What was supposed to be a quick oil change, that would be "about an hour by the time my techs get here" took 2 hours. When they offered to replace my air filter and showed me my old one, I agreed to it once I was told it would be just the cost of filter since they already had the old one out. Then, when I go to pay I find out they charged me 20 dollars labor to install the air filter. You can literally install the air filter without any tools in 2 minutes in a 2013 F150. Very disappointed with my first Fette experience. I wont be back. Will need to find another local ford dealer for quick lane service.
