Fette Ford

Purchased a new Ford Fusion from Fette. Everything from test driving to filling out paper work was easy and quick. Great experience. Will definitely come back for my next car.

Worst car buying experience ever. We bought a Ford Fusion SE based on Fette's agreement to add a BLISS (blind side detector) mirror, and we paid an additional thousand dollars for their adding this feature. Fette did not add a BLISS mirror, but instead put two tiny (about 1"x1") blinking lights on the INSIDE of the dashboard. We ended up paying over $4,000 more (in addition to the previous $1,000) to get a car with a BLISS mirror. BEWARE.

not a good experience shopping for a pre-owned car. two main reasons: 1) they added fees on to the purchase at the last moment, after i thought we had a deal. these fees were in addition to the tax, title and documentation fees that one would expect to pay.

2) they did not seem honest as pricing and details about vehicle history varied depending on who we asked.

at the end of the day we decided that we did not want to do biz with these guys - despite having found a car we were interested in and and a reasonable price. the other factors left a bad taste in our mouth.

advise that anyone who buys here gets in writing all fee that will be included. also talk to various sellers to see if vehicle story and price changes from seller to seller.

I bought a car from here a month ago. I worked with Michael Tirado. He didn't force the sale down my throat and provided a good buying experience. He also provided great help when shipping me my plates after I purchased my car. Mike is a cool guy.

I have purchased many fords in my life. I moved to Wayne NJ. I was looking for a second car. I purchased a Ford Fusion from Fette in 2012. The Salesman was non-pressure. They were able to get me into a car at my price. I have taken my Fusion back for all regular maintenance and they ROCK with service also. Today, took my Fusion for service. As always they took me in quickly. My wife said, hey just check out that notice they sent you about trade-in at the same payment, less or a bit more then you are paying now... I SAID "you have to be kidding that is only a gimmick to get you in and then stick you"... well, as all good husbands do I went inside... why not, I am on vacation.... I met the manager and I said I will give you 30 minutes to give me the number I want... no more no less...so he put me in contact with Mario Castellano. Talk about the right time and the right salesman... not only did they get me the car we wanted to upgrade to a 2016 Ford Escape... THEY ACTUALLY DID IT... only $20.00 MORE A MONTH verses my current payment on a 2010 fusion... ONLY they can do this with no pressure and no lies or gimmicks. They actually did what they said they could... FETTE FOR PRESIDENT is what I say! So I went in for service and walked out better than before... I want to thank the manager but, especially Mario Castellano!!!! A friend and I consider family... THANK YOU FETTE. You have a customer for life as long as I'm in NJ. Let me also acknowledge Paul Batista... WOW! Great guy. He is a true gentleman and non-pressure finance guy! Kudus to you Paul... stay true and as you are. You and Mario are the “A Team”. Thank you for making my life easy by allowing me to make my wife happy without any stress or worries! Bravo to both of you! NOTE: To Fette Management... Mario and Paul... they are keepers and I hope they are around for many more years... I need to replace my truck soon and my son is 3 years from getting his license and I want to do more business with these guys... Best Ralph M!
