The front heater stopped working on my windstar i got advice and the blend air actuator and was able to fix he problem

It can be a hit or miss with the staff that helps. Have been there a few times and most of the staff is friendly. Some of them do go above and beyond to help you.

This is a good store. Their employees don't make you feel like a dope if you're not a master mechanic. And everything has a price on it. Some of the other auto parts stores don't like putting prices on their merchandise. That is a pet peeve of mine.

The nicest staff. My car battery died and it was almost time for the store to close. They stayed open and changed my car battery even though it wasn't the easiest one to access. There was another customer there who had an issue with his car and they helped him out too. Would highly recommend.

Employees seem more concerned to talk to each other but will eventually help. No one in the isles to help you ever. Store seems a little dirty. Well stocked.
