Woefully understaffed! Took about an hour to get seen as a walk-in. I gave an extra star because the lady working there was quite good at her job, found my vein easily, and was just very nice, but she simply can't do everything at this place! She's literally the only person there! Whoever's in charge of staffing these places needs to fix this, this would be really a great location if the wait time was more reasonable.
It's probably a 4-5 star experience if you have an appointment, as those take priority over walk-ins.

I waited for more then an hour, they have one (1!) person working there, doing everything: registration, blood drawing, getting fax, etc. If you want to waste 1-2 hours of your life: welcome!
