More like 3.5 stars ....Got an X-Ray and a MRI. Everything went okay. The young staff is apathetic. They really just didn't want to be there (it was a saturday). This includes the front desk, X-ray and MRI staff. The security guard was pleasant, he was an older gentleman.
Maybe this company is soul crushing, or there is an expectation that every job should be a Google job, or maybe it is a generational thing, workers forced to interact without their iPhone.

Terrible place. I went to do an emergency chest x-ray for my 5 yrs old son. They promised to send the result to my doctor by 2PM. When my doctor notified me that the results were never sent they were close by than. I called them the falling morning, which was Sunday, and I was told that there is no doctor available to read the results and if I want I can go to the emergency room. All this with a STAT message on the referral. I ve never seen anything like it.
