I visited this centre today 18th and I was treated with respect, kindness, and care was shown to me after I explained my hearing loss plus not feeling so good. I only wished I had taken the name of the lady whom helped me. Thank You! I hope the management take note of this comment.

Today my mother and I had the worst experience possible in this office. Mrs. DARBY is the perfect example of bad public servant. She has no idea of customer service and have no desire to help. Besides being SUPER RUDE. I believe that any citizen seeking public help should be well attended. We pay taxes and part of our income goes to pay their salary. Thousands of people in United States are unemployed so any public servant like her should give the opportunity to someone who really wants to work. I would give 0 star if I could.

This is the worst office ever. I've had to take the same information over and over because the (interns) as they say don't put in the information. I had to leave one of the girls a tip just so that she would put in my info. They are so rude and arrogant. It stresses me out to have to go to that place.

I went into this office with my mom and home attendant to change her contact and mailing address and to renewal her case and new documents , I was in and out within an hour because she was disabled,I wish all offices were like this including food stamps offices in every borough in NY.
