- Terrible #200579

Bad customer service and terrible accommodations. I cancelled my membership ahead of time and was greeted by a charge to my account any way. I called again with an employee telling me they did not process the cancellation and that I would be charged again! What is with this place!? Not coming to this place again that is for sure.
