Quality Airport Parking

I used them several times over the last couple years. I don't anymore. The people who work there are more intersted in talking with each other than helping the customer. Slow, slow slow. The last time I parked there i picked up my car and noticed a scratch in the side. The car was brand new, less than 1000 miles. I asked the manager to look at it and he immediately said it didn't happen there and walked away - completely refused to acknowledge it or my complaint. This was after i had to drag him away reluctantly from chatting with the girl behind the counter. Just aweful - I never returned. Find somewhere else to park your car - unless you dont care about it.

Really horrible service, they are always short of cars and hardly punctual ........ I waited for 20 mins for the car to be pulled up and then handed over the keys, really no appreciation of customer
