The first time that i rented from payless it was a very easy and smooth experience thanks To Jose the agent that provided me with a customer service that was top tier but when i returned it was the total opposite. The first time i rented in the morning but the second time i picked up at night. What a drop in the overall service, it went from 10 to 1. It is mind blowing how what a difference one person can make. If there is ever i next time for me using this company. It is in my best interest to reserve a morning pick up time. Shout out to Jose. keep up the great service. Payless is lucky to have you.
