This is the worst valet airport parking I've ever used. Never again! 49 minutes waiting for the shuttle; no one answers the number when you call to be picked up; the text messaging service for pick up is not monitored; the shuttle driver does not assist with luggage, and the young lady who checked me in was nasty and rude. when I arrived to pick up my car, I had to wait another 12 minutes because the check out person at the desk was having a conversation in the back. I called out for someone and it took another few minutes before he came. I finally reached someone at dollar "car rental" number who located someone to assist in the dollar "airport parking". Unbelievably the worst service!!!!!

My experience made me realize that negative (minus) star ratings would be necessary to capture how awful an experience can be. I did have some positive experiences with some employees (e.g. shuttle driver) but for the most part, the operation was very disorganized and the staff was noticeably incompetent. There are three different operations/companies all sharing one counter, but nothing to clearly indicate who works for what company ... no uniforms, no hats, no badges...but you can get some strange looks if you ask a non-parking staffer for assistance. Dropping off your car means standing in a single line while painfully watching a single attendant work tedious check-in and return processes (yes.. dropping your car and picking it up all in one line..) You quickly start worrying about missing your flight. The shuttle was the highlight of the day, a very pleasant and helpful driver, who gives instructions for pick up on return. The reverse process was a nightmare. As others noted, the shuttle driver called ahead to notify the counter/dispatch with the claim ticket number. That's where sensibility and helpfulness ends. When you reach the counter again, sharing the same line with others dropping off their car, you wait and wait and wait. With one person ahead of me, I waited 20 minutes. That call from the shuttle driver ... a waste of time. A slow cumbersome computer system and incompetent staff results with "What's your name again...I can't find you..." Another person shows up to help and print off a ticket, which the first person gives to someone to fetch the car... 10 minutes later, I see that same person parking cars from the check-in line... "oh yes, only one person working today...it will only be 10 minutes." 30 minutes later ...nothing. I ask again."I don't know what happened... I'll call him..." 10 minutes later the parking attendant shows up..."You didn't give me that ticket..." A third person shows up and will take care of it... 20 minutes later, my car finally shows up.. well over an hour after I arrived and paid my parking fee. But he takes my receipt and disappears saying he will take some off my parking fee. 15 minutes later, where is he? I go in, not there...I go out to receiving and he's directing incoming traffic. He looks at me and asks why I'm still here..??? I told him he took my receipt and disappeared. He says he adjusted it and gave the receipt to the security guard to let me out ... guess he forgot to tell me though... I go to security to get my receipt, but she says she needs it and can't make a copy... So now coming up on 2 hours at this place, and I finally leave... slow boil having passed long ago, I'm beyond angry. Is there anything else I can share to help you decide NOT to EVER use this company, or at least this facility. Beyond belief that this place can survive. Avoid it at all costs.

I love Dollar rental! I met Asher & Renee here they are always very helpful. Dollar Express helps me pick up rental cars in under 20 mins I am on my way. They have the BEST rates with rentals as low as $24 per day. They have provided me with excellent customer service every time I have rented with them.
