Their food is usually pretty good however I have to agree with jasmine they always get something in the order wrong and then argue or somehow the customer is always wrong. They always seem to forget the side order of avocado, charge me for it but won't send the delivery guy back with it and have the nerve to tell me " I can come down and pick it up myself" unbelievable. Good food but horrible customer service. I can get an overpriced salad with avocado somewhere else!

These people have the most DISGUSTING customer service ever. They don't know how to talk to people, they don't know how to get their orders right, and they have the AUDACITY to tell us we are liars. Our office orders an EASY $300 a week from them and they are about to lose our account over a measly $1.50 bagel?? The Spanish woman who answers the phone is always rude. And the manager? Forget him - he ALWAYS sides with his workers. Maybe they're dating or something because she can do NO wrong. The customer is always wrong with them. It's really sad that they are willing to lose an account because homegirl can't pack a bagel. Then they want to argue with us for our money back. DISGUSTING. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. I'd rather eat dirt than deal with this place again.

BEST BURRITOS EVER! Hands down better than anything Chipotle can come up with. Sorry Chipotle... Lol But Tost's food is authentic to Hispanic food because it's made by real Hispanic people who know how to season it just like our abuelita's and mami's and tia's do! Much love!
