Professional Brows

I went to get in a routine thread or eyebrow wax and one of the ladies (usually let anyone their do it) threaded my entire eyebrow off! I didn't notice until I got home and washed my face since I wore brow pencil and powder and there were two or three hairs near the corner close to my nose. I never went back to complain because I only passed through this place once a month or so and was leaving to study abroad for the next month. Since I was studying abroad I did not have time to take care of my eyebrows since we were hiking I did not have proper makeup remover and had to take it off with a makeup remover cloth. I wiped away of what was left and came back to the U.S. with no eyebrows! Everyone has told me to go back and complain but since they're illegally working there I know no one will care about what they did to me. I wish this placed closed permanently because it is the worse since they can't actually do their job. It is a traumatizing experience and 'til this day I still don't have an eyebrow on the left part of my face.
