Prestige Lincoln

My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle. We needed something that would accommodate ourselves and our three active children. We wanted to make a smart choice, something price worthy without compromising luxury and beauty. We explored many dealerships and several different automobiles and we discovered car shopping is not easy! How can you really trust the person sitting across the desk from you? ... How can you be sure you are getting the best price? There IS no way to be absolutely sure ...but for us it's a feeling, its' the energy in the atmosphere and the vibe. We all work hard for the money we earn and we were unwilling to hand it over to someone we didn't feel safe with. -
When walking into Prestige Lincoln in Paramus - we got the "feeling". We were greeted by genuinely kind people (every employee acknowledged us - with a warm and simple "Hello"). They allowed us to peruse the showroom and answered any question we had - (and there were a lot). Did I mention the showroom was immaculate and stocked with snacks, water, coffee and more. It felt real, the sale people really seemed to enjoy answering our questions while educating us. Our sales person had such a patient & calming influence -he made us feel safe. He was considerate, experienced, meticulous and trustworthy. I have nothing but praise for the dealership and our sales person Ariel Guzman. Prestige Lincoln is a praiseworthy, reliable experience - it's young and fresh - it's classy and classic. We love our vehicle and we will love the next one and the one after that and the one after that.... and so on!

I entered the dealership without expectations, as my last car buying experience was not very pleasant. My plan was to purchase a 2016 MKZ Black Label edition car. I was happily greeted by several people. This made me feel quite welcome. When I arrived the sales associate with which I had my appointment was already engaged with other customers. However, I was not left waiting as Charles Dellow, the sales manager, assigned another sales associate, Manuel Flores-Najera, to take me on a test drive in a model similar to the one I wished to purchase. Manuel was absolutely charming. After my test drive I met with my sales associate Christina DeMeo. She was amazing and on point. I next met with the finance manager Susan Veaz. She was super amazing and could not do enough to make my experience at Prestige Lincoln beyond amazing. I then left to go to my bank to get a check for my down payment. Now how would I get back to get my car? They sent their courtesy shuttle to collect me and even this driver was super. When I re-arrived Christina walked me though my new car in every aspect. They even set-up a demonstration of how the Active Park Assist worked. Ariel Guzman walked me through this and he was totally knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicle and totally super. When I was finished, the general manager introduced himself to welcome me to his dealership. Mohamed Eltalkhawi was totally charming. All-in-all, my total experience was totally phenomenal. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is looking for a diamond experience.

They are professional,and they know exactly what's wrong with the car and fix it. I had been in lincoln dealership in nyc and in jersey City, but my experience @ prestige lincoln in paramus is great. I received warm reception and service from the staff, and I am thankful for that.

I went for service and was reunited with the best Ford People from the North Jersey area!!! It was like old Home week. I was elated to know my cars were in good hands again.
