Absolutely a great experience! After months of searching for cars and dealing with unprofessional car salesmen. I finally found a car here at Prestige Kia! A very professional staff who are all about the customer. I've already recommended this dealership to some of my friends & family members. Ask for Christian Pizarro, he's great! 10/10!

This Kia dealer is great; it is like buying from a family member. The staff is friendly, helpful, and I got a great price on exactly the car I wanted. When I had add-ons put in, the service was friendly, efficient, they charged exactly what they said they would and had it done in exactly the amount of time they promised (if you don't want to wait around in the dealer, it's a 10 minute walk from the excellent Tenafly library).

When I asked about the bad reviews, the manager explained to me that this is a brand-new dealership, just opened in the summer of 2015. There was another dealer on the site who went out of business; the dealership was not purchased from him. Apparently, he sold personal maintenance contracts instead of Kia contracts, so that when he went out of business, the contracts were void, causing a lot of confusion. The new owners have told me that they have made a settlement with the old owner; if you had a problem, please check with them again to see if you are covered now.

My mother and I don't know much about cars-in fact, we don't really know anything about cars but we went here because we saw the wonderful reviews on google and were hoping to have a similar, positive experience. I am so happy we went because I did not only end up leasing a beautiful car for a fair price but we got to work with a wonderful salesman who made my first leasing experience positive. If you go, look for Christian Pizarro. He's the best! =)

Great dealership! I had the chance to work with Christian Pizarro who was absolutely great, his service throughout my purchase was a 10/10. I was coming from NY to view a car and he made sure that the car was ready and able to be test driven the moment I got there. He was personable and honest, and more importantly doesnt pressure you like many other places and salesman. The car I purchased was for my younger brother and at the time I was looking at many cars and dealerships... when i met christian he showed me the car fax and gave me the history of the car. If you are looking for a new or used car I would suggest working with Christian.
