If you're looking for an M car, make sure you talk to Nick Mitros. Very accommodative, patient and looking to do whatever is possible to make sure you get a fair deal. The key here is that Nick (and Eric) recognize what customers want and don't waste your time with sales pitches that are one-size-fits-all. I've sent couple of other people Nick's way for M cars and they have ordered cars through him which should speak for itself. Appreciate all of the help from a fellow car enthusiast that is not afraid to pick up a wrench. Thank you Nick!

Update 1/13/16: A very sincere thank you to Marlen and the professional team at BMW of Tenafly. Both my father and I returned to pick up our new X5s. I cant thank everyone enough for the outstanding service, professionalism and quality of our experience. Over time the car leasing process has become so easy with this team that we don't entertain going elsewhere. Its comforting to know that this dealership has become a one stop shop where you are guaranteed best price execution and service to match.

Update 10/26/15: I returned nearly 3 years later to pursue the BMW M3, a car I used to look at on posters hanging above my head as a little kid. Needless to say I was pretty excited when I stopped by months ago to test drive and possibly lease one of these automobiles. Once again, a huge thank you to Marlen and the team at BMW Tenafly. Not only was I treated like an old family friend, the team went above and beyond helping me find the right deal and order the car I always wanted. The information was direct and transparent, complimented perfectly with Marlen sending me periodic updates of where I stood in the production process. The overall experience was top notch and I could not be any happier. This is truly the best team I have ever worked with and I will continue do so going forward. A huge recommendation from a long time customer.

I picked up my 535i x-drive yesterday and could not be happier with my car or my experience leasing this vehicle at BMW of Tenalfy. I have owned and leased many vehicles in the past but no experience could be faster, easier or more transparent than the team at BMW of Tenafly. My salesman, Marlen Gafanovich was incredible. Marlen's knowledge of his product(s) and ability to connect to the buyer is unlike any I have ever had. He was very honest, upfront and impressive in his overall comprehension of what I wanted and how to deliver it. He was not a typical salesman who tells you why BMW is great and everything else is subpar. Rather, he asked me how I plan to use the car, what I am looking for in my new car, etc. He treated me like a friend, not a potential sale.
The rest of the team consisted of Joe Santiago (finance), Stephan Hourican (sales manager) and Pedro Bolona (parts and service). Joe had me in and out of his office quickly and efficiently. They purchased my old car after a quick appraisal and fair price. Stephan was curtious and accomodating. He answered all my questions just as I had hoped he would. Pedro took care of some additions I asked for while I signed my paperwork.
I came in to pick up my car and within an hour I signed my paperwork, sold my old car, transferred my title, had my new insurance policy in place and had my brand new car waiting outside fully washed and set to my preferences.
I dont think it can get any better than that. I recommend this dealership and this team to anyone and plan on having many more transactions with them.

I have purchased numerous cars in my lifetime and the process is something that I normally don't look forward to. From the moment I called BMW of Tenafly I was treated with the utmost respect and got the best customer service of my lifetime to date dealing with a car dealership. Living out of state from the dealership they made the process as easy as possible and worked out a deal to my needs within hours (didn't even need to think twice to lock in the deal). I was never promised anything that was not kept. I got quotes on the vehicle of my choice from over 5 different BMW dealerships in the Tri-State area and they SMASHED the other dealerships quotes. When I went to finally go pick up my car with my family. I was welcomed and greeted as if I had been buying cars from them for the past 50 years. Everyone from the Parts Department (Alberto Mena), Internet Sales Manager (Vincent Joseph), Sales Rep (Ricki Shamen), Sales Manager (John Pena), and the Finance Manager (Shaun Hayes) are all true professionals and know how to treat a customer. I 100% will be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership in the future and will direct every and all of my friends and family to them as well! I came to bmw of tenafly on a colleagues recommendation after shopping around without success for nearly 3 months. Jung Lee assisted me with my [first BMW] lease and I couldn't really believe how patient & knowledgeable he was!!!!!! I got Grade A service from everyone there and will definitely be my go to recommendation. Truly great xustomer service. Thank you Jung!

Andrea Gizzo is the best! She went above and beyond in tracking down the exact car I wanted. She made the transaction smooth and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. She was very patient with all my questions and I'll definitely buy from this dealership and work with her again.
