This place has the WORST service ever!! Avoid this place at all cost but if you have to, at least avoid Outtara Ly (sales rep). She's arrogant and nasty and knows nothing about customer service. Once she takes your payment, you don't hear from her and she doesn't pick up the phone or returns calls or emails. She didn't even bother to notify me when my shipment came in which was already delayed. My project was put on hold because of this delay! Will NEVER EVER do business with these people again!!

I have been dealing with the Paramus location for all my tiling needs during the current renovation of my two bathrooms. I can honestly say that it has been and continues to be a pleasure. I originally dealt with Paula, a salesperson, who helped us immensely in making the best selections to meet our needs. Subsequently, since Paula left on maternity, I have been dealing with Mildre Nzioki, the store manager. She has been outstanding. She is a pleasure to work with, extremely competent and knowledgeable and, aside from being a lovely person, makes the whole experience as easy as possible.I would definitely recommend their services and products to all.

This is a horrible company to do business with. My story should be a lesson for everyone that is thinking of buying any bathroom product from this company. I recently built a high end house and I made the mistake of buying nearly 100K worth of products from this company which is run by crooks and cheaters. Almost none of the faucets, vanities, toilets, showers sold by them fit the American standards nor the standard code required by building departments (at least the ones that I know in NJ). When you try to return the product it is already too late because they give you a very narrow return window (30 days) to return it and it will definitely take you longer to return and they are the nastiest people on this planet to argue as to why their product is defective and why it doesn’t fit the standards.
All of the faucets I bought splash water when the water hits the vanity which I also bought from them. The shower I bought from them splashes water outside the basin which they do not tell you ahead of time and after you install the shower obviously it is too late. The Krion shower basins I bought already started cracking and obviously no return is accepted.
They ordered a custom made $6000 vanity for my bathroom in the wrong color and they refused to take it back. I tried to install it but eventually had to trash the entire vanity since the color did not fit my bathroom.
My wife tried to buy a display kitchen from them which she worked on for almost a month with their incompetent designer and in the end just before I made the down payment they told us that they will hold the entire kitchen in their showroom for 3 months until they take delivery of their new display. We were pulling our hair off. I have never seen such customer unfriendly people in my entire life.
Most of the operation is failing due to the incompetence of a big bulky guy (his name is Jim) that sits in the back of their Paramus NJ office. I don’t understand why a brand would destroy their reputation as they try to enter the US market.
