These people are very rude and slow. We waited 15 minutes for our food, along with 3 others. This was at 2 PM, and the place was not packed. It's like they didn't bother even cooking anything until you ordered. On top of that they mumble and don't acknowledge you when you step up to order. None of us were offered cups with our meals either, we had to ask for them. Not that I really wanted it anyway, since the soda fountain was covered with ants. Look, if you hate your job that much, quit. I certainly won't be going back. The only reason I didn't rate one star was the food was at least decent. Then again, it's fast food. You open the bag and dump it in a fryer, it's not hard.

Omg ants crawling everywhere, bathroom disgusting, I had to go to the register a few times didn't get a cup, utensils, tray. Poor service haven't seen something so horrible. Ants was crawling on the fountain drink machine.

The cashiers in this location are very nasty and rude. They need to be fired immediately and replace with professional and courteous employees. Very bad customer service! If you are shopping in the mall DONT STOP TO EAT THERE!

This Popeye's is a joke. My mom went grocery shopping at the Pathmark & my food still wasn't ready. All I ordered was a 2 piece combo with 3 people in front of me. When I finally got my food I had to wait longer for sauces because they didn't have any under the counter & employees had to go searching for some. I even had to remind them to give me my cup for the drink that comes with the meal as well as napkins and a fork. If I wanted to wait 30 mins for food I wouldve went to an actual restaurant. The Worse
