- Poor #78511

I've been coming here for a very long time. Like anywhere, your quality of service is dictated by who you employ.. Today I had a coffee roll, that's it - as I got closer to the core, it was like chewing raw, under-baked dough. Adding to that, the woman providing the service was on her cellphone, head/shoulder style.....she almost always on it when I stop in there. This is not to attack the owner, but you are only as strong as your weakest link.....you need to step your game up.

I come here regularly throughout the week and the staff is very courteous, recognizing me as I come up and preparing my coffee as I always order it (extra large, cream and sugar.) They are very patient and efficient, even with people who freak out over their donut order (this is water.)
