I don't know why I saw some negative reviews. RUTHIES is a win win! Been here a few times, in the past. The food, staff and owners are always on point! Outside tonight listening to the Blues. They close at 9PM which is perfect. Nice relaxing atmosphere. B.Y.O.B Love it. Gotta come more often. *****

OMG!!! How is this possible? As much as I love bbq and prefer my cooking over everyone else...they have relieved me of my apron! The ribs are TENDER the sauce is righteous....the Margherita pizza is devine! I have found a new spot! Worth every penny!

Hard to say what I loved more - the food or the people. Hands down some of the best BBQ I've had in ages. (The pulled pork and the ribs are a MUST.) The owners and staff are really cool and welcoming crew. Come hungry. You'll want to hang here for awhile - especially on Fridays when there's live music.

First off, I want to say Ruthie's BBQ has got SOUL. It's AUTHENTIC, and as close to a juke joint as your going to get without getting on a plane and flying to Austin, or Memphis, or Nashville. The food, the music, the sense of community is a throwback to a time when people were present, not locked in a kiss with a little screen. Kids are dancing, grandmothers are tapping their toes...

The food is CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT! Yes, it's a popular place (for a reason), it's small, sometimes it's a little slow... but guess what? It's a night out, it's a rich experience, it's REAL!!! Bring a bottle of wine, the family, some good friends, or, for goodness sake, go alone, you'll make new friends! CHILL OUT, LAUGH, DANCE, EAT! What could be more fun?!
They have great Blues music every Friday and Saturday AND THE RIBS CAN'T BE BEAT!

Ruthie's BBQ is a lively joint with classic barbeque and pizza. On Friday and Saturday nights, especially during the summer time, Ruthie's is packed with couples and families, munching and jamming to the live music. I do not eat red meat but there are many options that I often crave from Ruthie's BBQ's menu! A couple of these are the Ruthie's Classic slice, the Max's slice, mac and cheese, mozzerella and tomato panini, and chicken tenders and fries. Definitely check it out and enjoy some great smoky BBQ and blues-y atmosphere!
