POC American Fusion & Sushi

We had a Birthday dinner at the Port of Call, This place rocks.. you would be amazed at the amount of food on prepared for people to eat. I like going to buffets but this has to be the best one I have been to. The service was also top notch. For anyone with a birthday they do this Gong thing that will make you smile. I give top honor to a host, Bria. she made sure everything was fine and she worked her tail off making sure everyone was happy. This is one place I will be returning to.

POC is a good place to eat if you are on a budget. It's not a great buffet and it's not a bad buffet. It's average. It is definitely better than the cheap Chinese buffet in your town, but it is not as good as the top end buffets you'll see in Vegas or even in the area.

I eat way too much when we go to this buffet! I have a rule though that I take small plates of what I want and tiny amounts of new things to try of which they have allot! This way you don't waste otherwise they will charge you extra which I think is fair.
The outside is strip mall but the inside is nicer.
The bathrooms are well maintained and clean everytime we've gone.
The desert bar is so good I've hit it before finishing dinner and then gone back to dinner!
They can get busy though and after lunch they reset the foods for dinner which is a higher price. We were there for the changeover but we weren't rushed out so we enjoyed finishing.

Buffet style food, but a tad bit nicer in quality of food and décor. Salmon was cooked well and most of the food was fresh due to a steady amount of people coming in. The downside to most buffets are the fact they leave food out a while and it gets disgusting. Mostly everything I had here was good except the sushi. Was disappointed with the selection and quality. It was a plus they had brown rice variants of sushi though.

The price of the dinner buffet was quite high coming in at about 30 per person. If the food had been better then I could justify the price tag. They do have a very large spread and quite a variety you will most likely find something you like but it's nothing to extraordinary.
