Service is terrible. Took a reservation for 50 people and took over 2 hours to get our food. We had children with us and they fed the adults first. Pass this one by if you can.

Worst service I've ever experienced. This place is notorious for poor service and extremely long food times but decided to give it a shot lunch on a Friday. After a couple minutes the bartender greeted me and she was nice. Looked at the menu for a couple minutes and was completely ignored for a good 15 minutes after that. There were about 7 other people at the bar whom she waited on, not once looking up at me. She left the bar once for a few minutes and played on her phone by the POS and chatted with people by the service bar all while patiently waiting. She then left the bar again and so did I. Absolutely ridiculous that this level of customer service exists.

We were 1 of 6 customers in the dining area. The bar was area was very loud and it seemed that all of the wait staff was focused only in that area. It took over an hour to get our food, after waiting over 10 minutes to get menus. If you want good service, go to the bar. However the food is very good. The menu is a bit overwhelming. Other than the ridiculous wait, everything was good. Then we had to wait over 10 more minutes for them to take our payment. I just don't understand...

Located in waling distance to Citi Field, (Mets Stadium), this restaurant specializes in southern-Italian fare from their sister restaurant located in the Bronx. This restaurant features oversized portions that always garner a doggy bag for the average eater. We highly recommend any hero sandwich as they are made on bread that is baked in the Bronx and delivered daily.
