Blue Sky Chinese Restaurant is on a small block of stores on Springfield Boulevard, just off Union Turnpike. It competes with another Chinese food take out across the street on Union. The name is the only reason I chose to try the food here instead of the one on Union. The woman working at the counter was friendly and had no issue making changes in my order.
I ordered Kung Pao Chicken with Young Chow Fried Rice. The sauce was slightly spicy and had a nice taste. I've had better rice, and lacked a lot of the meats. I took a star off also because the place did not seem very clean, although there were about 5 tables to sit at.
Metered parking in front and delivery of course. Maybe my experience would have been one worthy of 5 stars if I hadn't gone on a rainy day, but one filled with blue skies. Maybe.
