Pilates Dynamix

I have been doing Pilates at Pilates Dynamix for the past four years and have nothing but wonderful things to say. The instructors are kind and efficient. They are constantly providing critique and assistance so that you are sure to take full advantage of their many different techniques and movements. The equipment is all in great condition. The classes are fun and take the misery out of working out!

One of the best Pilates classes I have taken! Excellent instructors, immaculate facility, top-of-the-line equipment, and flexible hours. Classes range from beginner to the professional level. I highly recommend this fitness establishment.

Pilates Dynamix is a wonderful studio with very friendly and knowlegeable instructors. They were extremely patient with me when I was a beginner and they have taught me the proper way to do each excercise, so the workouts are challenging but not discouraging.
The studio itself is small but very clean with a variety of machines and equipment for all levels of Pilates students.

Wow. This place is amazing. I take private lessons as well as duets. My lower back used to kill me. Now, that I've strengthened my core, it almost never hurts. Also, the program helps to strengthen and tone my entire body. The instructors are responsive to each client's specific needs and they tailor the session to each indiividual. Treat yourself and your body will thank you.
