- Poor #159458

Horrible customer service all around not just this location. Petland needs to train their employees in customer service. The managers mever seem qualified for the job always unprofessional, the men are more worried about talking to the women employees than satisfying the customers. I never feel comfortable asking questions nor am I asked if I need help after circling the store a million times looking for an item. I grew buying aquatic pets from petland its one of my favorite memories. Petland please train your staff and make sure they understand how important it is to make a customer comfortable.
