Paradise Biryani Pointe

Last week I was there with my family and we ordered briyani and it came after 1 hour and that too it was cold just out of the freezer and then when I asked about the biryani being cold ,he was arguing with me that how can it be cold and then when I requested him to warm the biryani He took another half an hour. Service was terrible. Biryani doesn't taste even close to what it used to be before. And the most expensive one I ever had.

I do not know why it's still open. Pathetic and horrible. Will never order from here again. I suspect if the people even know how to cook food. I guess it gives me confidence that I can also open a restaurant as an alternate career.

Very expensive and biryani is like fried colorful rice with 2 piece chicken and no taste. Worst biryani ever. I will never go there again.

You Guys Sucks !!!

I went to this restaurant to get a driver position to deliver food. And here the manager called komal is telling me things that were kind of trying to control me but next time when i was there she was nice to me. But one time when i went for a delivery all the way to downtown and customer was not at his building and i was working everybody else and as everyone has expectations for their work and i also had my expectations to get some tips or gratutude from the customer. First of all the customer, i was trying to reach was not answering phone and after 10 mins, he called me and saying i am not there and i asked where r u, then he says i am in other building then i went to other building and he was there then he didn't give me any tip. Think if u r in my shoes how would u feel. After so much of work if u get nothing then what is the point of doing the delivery. Then i asked the customer for gratitude of my service taking risks on the road driving. Then he says i dont have tip for u. Then i explained him why i am working for this delivery job still he wouldn't care about me. How would that feel to u. Then later the customer called the store and said i asked for the tip. Then next day when i reached the restaurant there is this manager called komal looking at me to fight as i went near to her she started saying i am waiting for u to fight. Then i asked why. Then she says this customer called me and saying u demanded him for tip, this and that. Also she said there is a way to ask tip. Later she u can never ask tip from customer, and she is not listening what happened there. She started blh blah, doom daam and says customer is my preference not you. Think who ever works and if ur boss says to u that i dont care about u, all i care is the customer. How u feel. Then i said to her what about the customer from ur restaurant has a bad review about u if customer is important to u here in this very site then she says its my restaurant , thats non of ur business. All i care about is me and my customer. Then she says get out of my restaurant then i left the restaurant. With that i have my friends who knows about this thing and i asked her before that i will be ordering extra large goat biriyani for some party. She lost all that and i also tell my friends in that party how rude she was with me. She is worried about herself and egoistic nature and says things that reflects her self image in a negative way. And i didn't understand another thing she said that when i am talking she says i am trying to hold her hand , i don't know what that mean. I thought it must be negative to her so i said i am not trying to hold ur hand. She thinks boys go to her to hold her hand. When i said hi to the waiter sujan there is no reply from him, he is afraid of loosing his job after all by this manager and i see he was not happy at all working there. Looks like this manager whistleblowed the fabricated stuff to everyone in the restaurant. Guys careful with her, she is very nice to honeypot u but u will see her real colors later. Last but not least, there is a waitress named Suhasini works mostly in the night shifts and one day i asked her something to eat after working there delivering food to customers. She said she has only goat Biriyani not chicken then i said i am OK with goat Biriyani. Then she packed that and gave to eat. Then after i had it at home next day first thing was diarrhea for a whole day and severe headache with the spiciness. Next day evening i went there to ask her why u gave me something spoiled and so spicy which was burning in my stomach and head and also was chicken Biriyani not goat Biriyani as u said u have only goat Biriyani. Then her reply was i don't know. Nothing concern about me. She is like i don't care as long as its not me. U die i don't care. All i want is i should be healthy.
