PANDORA

RIYA.... The Manager or so called boss is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! She seems to be angry at the world and does not know how to speak to great loyal customer or her employees ! I have bought many things from this store and I will NEVER go back! She lost one of her best customers and if she keeps her Snooty, BIG MOUTH up, she will not be in business much longer! RIYA needs to learn customer service! All I wanted was to return 1 of the many things that was bought at her store (with myself being in her system) with loosing my receipt and it turned into her talking down to me, yelling and practically calling me a liar!!! Really Really this is how you treat people??? If I could give you big fat Zero that's what you'd get. You are not even worthy of a 1 star, be glad you got that! I was looking to buy my God daughter a birthday gift. I wanted something special so I went to Pandora and Deseray was so friendly, she's patient, she helped me buy a 14k gold bracelet and charm. I definitely recommend you ask for this young Lady i give her 5 stars!

The lady there by the name of Descray or Descvay (i forgot how to spell it) was very nice and helpful. even though i went in there when they were about to close she didn't rush me and answered call my question and helped me make a beautiful bracelet that i know my girlfriend will love. I recommend anyone who enters this store to go seek her out.

Pandora Newport has to be the most unprofessional place I have ever been too. Who ever is running this place CLEARLY has no idea on what they are doing. The store is beautiful but the atmosphere is anything but. The manager is very annoying and rude and she always interups the sale but asking the same questions the were already asked by the associate or buy talking about things that have nothing to do with pandora. Leaving this place was a relief and I hope that I never have to bring my business here again...... The pandora in short hills mall and in Hudson mall within dimond hut is small much better.

I walked into the Pandora Jewelry Store in Newport Mall Jersey City, NJ thinking I was going to get good service out of it's employees because it seems like a high quality store. How Wrong I Was! I walked in to some girls crowded together talking and gossiping and I got greeted in about a minute. About a minute later one of the girl finally walked over and asked if I need help. She seemed to want to help me in a hurry because while she was helping me she still seemed in a conversation with another girl. The girl that was helping me was laughing and signing to the other girl while she was helping me which I found to be very disrespectful to me as a customer. I even heard another girl talking about some sexaul things trying to keep it quite. Over all, I would advise the owner of the store to find new employees and not some kids that act like they are in high school. I would go to Kay's Jewelry first and pay the extra money to have a conversation with an actual adult employee and not Kids! Would not ever go back and would definitely not recommend this store to any one!
