My husband accidentally came upon this delightful cake while shopping for Passover items. I never learned to bake even from a mix.
Our local Giant food store had been cleaned out of all prepared Passover cakes, but he did find hidden, 3 lonely boxes of cake called Nut Krakowski. We totally demolished this magnificent cake in 2 days. I sent him back today hoping that the two boxes he left behind at our Pikesville, Maryland Giant, were still there.
I usually dread Passover because of the dearth of really good prepared desserts, but now I will look forward to serving and eating this wonderful Nut Krakowski.
