I really wanted to give this place 5 Stars. The Rodizio meal is probably one of the best I've ever had, and I've been a repeating customer before finally submitting my review
The reason why I give this place 3 stars is simply because of the service... I've been here multiple times and every time I come, i feel like I'm being rushed to eat and leave. I'm not talking about the speed at which they bring the meats, every Rodizio is fast pace, but I'm talking about how the staff treated me and my lady on our anniversary.
We literally sat down and before even getting settled the waiter rushed our drink order, and dinner order. After ordering, we grabbed the complimentary bread and literally 3 minutes later, they start bringing out the meat. They did not even care that we were eating our bread and grab all of our small plates and bread and put it on the other side of table. I felt disrespected because they touched our utensils and the plates we were eating without even asking.
Furthermore, when the two staff members grab our stuff to push it aside, they begin smirking to another employee as if they managed to bring our dinner in record time.
