OROM RENT A CAR

These people are thieves. I went to N.Y. i rent a chevy spark, they asked me 500 deposit on my debit card what i did. They said i will have my refund in one business day. I return the car how they gave it to me, full of gas no domage and no traffic ticket. I have been waiting the whole month now for my refund, nothing happens. I call them they always say wait until tomorrow. When i ask to talk to the manager the man on the phone tell me he doesn't want to lose his job. I think they are thieves. I swear to God they not going to still my 500$ dollar. Don't rent from them if you don't want to lose ur money.

I did a cash rental from this location, they said I need $300 deposit from my debit card. They didn’t give a receipt for the deposit I made, even though I asked them reputedly, only $260 was return to my bank account. Joshua N, above said they gave him free up grade but when I showed up to pick up a minivan I reserved they offered me a beat-up car, and I had to upgrade to an SUV for an extra $200 right there on the spot. I was pretty desperate, the SUV battery died on the second day, friends this is not a place to trust your vacation with; bad cars, bad customer service & a headache all around. NY customer

I wanted to place my deepest appreciation for Somerset Car Rental for providing the best service and personal care. The vehicle used was in excellent condition and the rate provided was excellent. In addition, the team constantly enquired about the vehicle condition and well being of the members. I have never experienced such a high level of personal care from a car rental agency.
