The absolute worst. Everything that comes out of their mouths is a deceptive half truth. For me it started while trying to get an out the door price. Rather than just be upfront and tell me they can't provide me that info over email (even though every other dealer did). They also completely ignored my wishes to communicate via email instead of phone. If you can't follow simple instructions what else can't you do right??? So I decided to play their games and called to setup a night for a friend of mine to take a look at the car (dearship is ony a few minutes from his house). I received a call from the dealer at 6pm (the night of the visit) asking me if I was still interested in the car. I reminded her that my friend would be coming in to see her at 7pm (as we discussed). At 7pm my friend arrived at the dealership. My contact person was unavailable to meet with and apparently the car was "sold and moved to another building". When I called the dealership to confirm what my friend was told, a different person told me that the "car was wholesaled - because they couldn't sell it - probably because there was something wrong with the car". The whole experience just reminded why car dealers are stereotyped as scumbags. Seems like misleading people takes more time and effort than just being honest and upfront, but what do I know. Soooo glad I didn't give this dealership a single penny. I'm sure the experience would have gotten even worse if the deal had gone through.

PS - Don't forget to read the fine print at the bottom of their vehicle listings. All of their prices already includes a $1000 discount which is only rewarded to repeat customers. This means you'll most likely be paying $1000 more than the price listed. More sneaky tactics!

I got my Nissan Altima from this dealership. My sales person Andre was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and provided all the information I needed. And Amir from finance was very helpful in his suggestions and explaining everything before I signed the contract. The whole process was very smooth and I am really happy and satisfied with their service. The facility is very elegant and clean too.

I wen to this dealership and I end up buying 2 cars for my family they treat it me vip I am very happy with every single deal that I got the whole team were very helpful and knowledgeable (Mehran Makouei GSM,Amir Abraham finance mgr and Shahin Nasiri salesperson) I would recommend this place to buy a new car and used car

0 stars! I went to purchase a vehicle for which I had "locked in" the online quote for. The sales manager Sammy Nain was very rude! He talked down to me and did not want to honor the price that their own website was displaying!! He did not have any people skills and it made me feel like he did not care for my business, which is weird because he would be out of a job without customers. I'm not sure how people like this become managers...
Avoid at all costs!

I went to this dealership planning on buying a new car. I told the dealer my budget and was waiting for a response. Finally I was called inside to speak to the MANAGER named MEHRAN and I was absolutely taken back by how horrible he treated my son in law, daughter and I. He began yelling at us because we did not agree with the offer he presented. We were ready to walkout and he began to yell again he told us that WE should show him the numbers treating us as if we had no education. I would honestly not recomend this dealership because of how miserable he made us feel. It's sad on how NISSAN proclaims to be welcoming honest and respectfull when employees in high positions like MEHRAN the MANAGER, treat their costumers in such a disrespectful way.
