Autoland Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

They checked me in and began working on my car straight away but by no fault of their own the servicing took much longer than expected. I, unfortunately had a sound emanating from my car and the tech could not discern its origination. It turned out to be a rivet that fell in the rocker at the plant. Tough to find but easy to resolve. Unfortunately I have only had my car for a month at the time and it took over 3 hours to resolve the issue but they did resolve it.

My service rep was great! I walked in without an appointment, explained that I could not stay all day and he got me out in 45 mins as promised. They were even able to take care of a few recalls on my vehicle while they did my oil change! I have a Dodge Dealership (Licardi Motors) 2 mins from my house but will ALWAY chose to go to Autoland for all my service needs!

The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because my experience did not go without at least a small "hitch". I was interested in purchasing the Grand Cherokee Overland with the High Altitude package. This one is not to be mistaken with the Grand Cherokee Limited Altitude, which is 11 grand cheaper and features quite a significant amount less in amenities. I went in with desire to finance, and to take advantage of their 0% APR for 60 months for qualified buyers. I dealth with Rashad Treeman and he handled himself very professionally. He's young but very knowledgebale of the brand and assisted me in my decision without selling me any bs.

I took the car home that day and the only thing I was upset about, was that I did not qualify for the additional $1000 given to those currently leasing a vehicle in the household. I truly did not have a lease to claim, but was hoping they could adjust the price of the vehicle to accomodate the offer. Maybe, I got the price of the vehicle as low as they could offer ...considering it was the only one on the lot and only 1 of few in the state.

Please remember that when buying a car, you are never going to pay what they paid for it. Even if you have employee discount pricing, you will never pay what they invoiced it for. They need to make their sell profitable for them and as a buyer, you need to do your math and figure an amount that is affordable and reasonable to you.

You can't go in there to buy a vehicle that costs $50,000 that they probably invoiced for $43,000 and expect to get them down to $45,000 out the door. You forget that NJ is 7% sales tax, and if you add that to $43,000, you are at 46 and change. So don't be hard headed, because you're going to give yourself a migraine.

You want to win and so do they. Like I said, do your math and you should leave happy. Cars ain't cheap.

This is my second experience with Autoland and I'm still in awe at the level of service I have consistently received there. And, I'm sure that this dedication to service, comes from the top! Mark Montenero could not be a kinder person! He is truly a man of his word! If you are looking to buy a quality car at a competitive price, and be treated well in the process, this is the dealership for you!
