Apartment Broker from NC PePe charged $400 over the price of the rent, becuase the rent was "below market value" and "the landlord wants to be very selective with his tennants". This was completely false. After talking to neighbors, the rent was not under market at all. And the landlord could not care less about his tennants. This says a lot about how NC Pepe operates. I do not recommend doing business with them if at all avoidable.
