Frank is a very sincere and helpful broker. He helped us find our new home, worked with us through the process and even after the sale went through to get us on our feet and put us in touch with the various components of owning a building. We've been working with Frank for over a year and consider him to be a great broker and a better person.

This place is a SCAM! Beware!

A friend of mine recommended these guys and I'm glad she did! They found me an awesome apartment right away. They had a few apartments in my price range and they were super easy to deal with. I worked with Dan and he was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. I went to two other brokers before and one had only one 2 bedroom in my price range, and the other showed me a walk-through saying it was a 2 bedroom. Dan showed me three 2 bedroom apartments the first day (one of which became my new apartment).

NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Frank Castoria is a criminal. At the beginning of the month we signed a lease and he pulled out at the last minute saying the owner did not sign, went behind his back and found someone to pay more money. Then we signed a lease for our second choice with him on the 12th of the month. This time the owner did sign the lease and we have a copy of it. Two days before the move he pulled out at the last minute with no reason leaving us three homeless. We signed a lease and according to our lawyer, the lease says he has to give us the apartment. We are seeking legal action. Whatever you do do not work with them.
