They act like it's there money coming out there pocket if you don't like your job look for a new one because one day one of them workers are going to come out there mouth to the roung person and they are going to get beat up and I hope I'm there for that hahaha

it sounds like a SCAM every time you apply and fax in your paper work, they NEVER get it.
So you keep going thru the same steps over and over.
I faxed them the required paper work and received a confirmation message from STAPLES store 3 times and each time they claim they have NOT received it.
Perhaps at the other end of the fax machine is a Paper shredder.
or Perhaps they need to reTRAIN their unPleasant staff

I try to get in contact with this office and I was waiting for over an hour on hold , never got thru, because NO ONE pick up the line. I went in person and the staff, worker, supervisors are rude, unprofessional and with a nasty disposition.

Horrible !!! Waited for 3 hours to hear that I'm missing some paper and need to come back again. Indeed , they treat you like garbage. 90% of people coming here are already suffering hardship so getting this attitude is completely unacceptable . If they hate their job so much, then go get another job.

The workers are very unprofessional and they treat people very low class and believe me if i could of work i wouldn't ask for food stamps... Plus they dont give the help to the public is the government... They always lose your paper work and close your case on purpose and now this recertification is totally wrong.. They claim i have wages but i dont work.. I called for a hearing and they haven't respond and its been 2 weeks.. Now i gotta go to there office...
