- Terrible #240420

Overbooking of first appointment of the day creates unnecessary delay. Waited 1 hour without being called in. Walked out. Had to reschedule. No way to treat a donor.

Great location to donate. However, they NEVER have my prescheduled appointment on their list when I get there. Most times they are able to accommodate, but not always...which is a disappointment when you are volunteering a service.
Staff is GREAT...establishment is clean and bright.
