Figured someone should add a more recent review.. First off the place is small but very well layed out. The products on display are from mid range to very high end gear Hayabusa " my personal Fav" Datsusara to Badboy to RevGear. As said from earlier reviews The Owner is Great Very Knowledgable "who actually trains if im not mistaken" which makes things easier for Vets, Dont get me wrong if your New to Martial Arts -- DO NOT HESITATE GO...DONT READ ....GO NOW--...this place is heaven for anyone in need of Gear to Bags, Rash Guards etc etc . It is always nicer to be able to try something on before you buy it. Yes some has mentioned Go to a store and try it on Before you Order Online... "personally i support local stores its just the right thing to do Specially a Gem Like this in the NYC Area" with that said if your saving $20 i know that can be alot for some.. but Dude $20 to potentially of losing a Great Store... come on now!! Back to the review....Yes you can try things on at East Coast MMA not only can you try it on but the owner will encourage it, thats a plus So Over All this store is just Great Check it out for yourself and you wont be dispappointed... Also the BK store is way way smaller but it carries the same Brands just not as much instock people there are also nice i forget his name who works at the BK store but he was cool and its in a BJJ school just FYI first time there i was a bit confused and hesitant to walk in for i was wearing my schools shirt "just that whole ohh hes here to check out the competition Vibe was in the Air"... n the school carries a BIG name in the industry and No i was not checking out the competition i was looking for a Rash Guard Once again if You are in Need of Gear... Dude Why Have You Not Jumped in Your Car...Go drive as fast as you can just dont get caught...but seriously Great store Great Brands and Great People... What else can you ask for !!
