My Kitchen Restaurant

Perfect dining experience. Me and my fiance went here tonight, 11/13/2015, and we were literally the only ones there for about 30 minutes, and honestly it was great. Usually its a bad sign that you are the only ones there, but you could tell right away that this restaurant was special.

Everything, from the wine to the sorbet desert was perfect, and pretty cheap for Queens. We highly recommend the spinach salad, which is served with candied walnuts, apples, strawberries and goat cheese. We paired our salad with a new york strip steak (1) steak each, and shared the salad. It was an amazing combination and we would highly recommend it.

Also this restaurant does parties, so if you need a location with a nice little personal location, and amazing food/service, consider this place!

Awesome food & cool atmosphere to hang with family and friends. Location is quite & comfortable for parking as well :)

Situated in forest hills queens, but feels like you’re at home. Whether you live in the Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn or even Staten Island, I recommend you stop by and have a meal. If you are traveling to NY and want an amazing meal in a beautiful restaurant that makes you feel relaxed and at home look no further.
We recently had our wedding ceremony and dinner at my kitchen and it was the most amazing day. The food phenomenal, the team gracious, kind and totally amazing, the space perfect, the price was right. I highly recommend, no I insist you try it. It is beyond words the most amazing place. Ambiance, décor, friendly and the food ROCKS!!!! What more can you ask for. So whether you’re thinking about the food or the actual place this is what will resonate.

Amazing. Wonderful. Delicious. Caring. That's right, I said caring in a restaurant review. Dhanny and Joe put together a 60 person event for our daughters first birthday with 2 days notice and KILLED IT! They went out of their way to create a fun, personalized, and delicious evening for our extended Irish, Italian, Colombian family. We had originally planned a BBQ outside in the park, and when the weather forecast called for rain, I entered My Kitchen seeking some much needed help. Dhanny and Joe immediately put me at ease, agreed to host the event, and even provided us with a "bring the outside BBQ inside" theme for the night. Pork kabobs - outstanding. Sausage and peppers - best ever. Fried chicken - beyond words - chicken heaven on a plate.

We are now not only customers, but based on the depth of this experience we are friends and fans! My Kitchen is now out go-to spot. Heading there for my birthday next Thursday!

NEW OWNERS BRAVO same name UNFORTUNATELY ties them to all who had a bad experience prior to their ownership. At MY KITCHEN in 2013 I found the restaurant space and the event spaces so airy, fresh and welcoming, new Chef/owners Joe and Dhanny congenial hosts. With many different friends, I sampled almost everything on the menu. Our FOREST HILLS CLUB CONVIVIUM event September 2013 there was a tremendous success. Since then my friends and family have joined me at the restaurant enjoy Chef Joe's classic and inventive dishes, Dhanny's charm and the comfort of my kitchen at MY KITCHEN. Only caveat, always call ahead and make reservations.
